Christian Frey, a native of Williamsport, received his undergraduate degree from Lycoming College. He earned his Juris Doctor law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law where he contributed to a paper published in the Federal Sentencing Reporter. As a law student, Christian participated in both the Family Law Clinic and the Disability Law Clinic where he represented and advocated for indigent clients.

Attorney Frey has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 2003. Much of his practice is devoted to estate planning and administration, as well as real estate litigation such as boundary disputes. Additionally, Attorney Frey handles traffic and criminal violations, landlord/tenant disputes, oil and gas leases, contract matters and personal injury litigation. He is admitted to practice in Federal Court and has represented clients in the Commonwealth Court, Superior Court and Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He has extensive trial and appellate experience and has donated his time and services to both community and political organizations.

Attorney Frey is a member of the Lycoming Law Association, the Pennsylvania Bar
Association and the American Bar Association.
